GET STARTED

#1 Place your order.

Please choose the number of pets (one or two) to be featured, as well as any additional options you would like.

Shape:

Choose the shape of the ring dish: circle or square. Our ring dishes are now available in two shapes, both approximately 4 inches in size.

Bandanas:

If you select the "Bandana" option, please specify in a note what color you would like and the text written on it. This could include text such as "Yes", "She Said Yes", or initials, a special date, or the pet's name. Excessive text may affect the glaze during the kiln process. To ensure optimal results, I recommend limiting the text to approximately 8 spaces or considering alternative placement options such as below the portrait or at the bottom of the dish.

Borders:

If you choose the "Border" option, make a note as to which border you prefer. I have a variety of designs available to complement the overall aesthetic of the portrait.

#2 Upload Photos after Checkout

Please submit a high-resolution photo: front facing, good lighting and close-up (be sure not to crop out the ears!) The better quality the photo the more accurate the portrait will turn out.

#3 Production

Once I get the portrait painted I will send you an update, changes can be made at this time.

#4 It’s a wrap!

When the piece is complete I will send you a photo prior to shipping for your final approval. From beginning to end the process takes about 4-8 weeks.

DETAILS: Each dish is individually wheel thrown in a durable clay body. The animal featured is hand painted using underglazes against the white background and covered completely with a thick coat of transparent gloss glaze. The colors will never fade. It is kiln fired to 2000 degrees.
