No two are alike! Each cup is individually hand-built in a durable clay body. The design features a personalized portrait, hand glazed and dipped in a thick coat of transparent gloss glaze. The colors will never fade. It is kiln fired to 2000 degrees.

#2 Send photos

Message me after ordering and upload a photo of your pet (through an Etsy conversation or info [!at] hadleyclay.com). VERY IMPORTANT: include your order number in the subject line!

Please send a high-resolution photo: front facing, good lighting and close-up (be sure not to crop out the ears!) The better quality the photo the more accurate the portrait will turn out.

#3 Production

Once I get the portrait sketched out I will send you an update, changes can be made at this time.

#4 It’s a wrap!

When the piece is complete I will send you a photo prior to shipping for your final approval. From beginning to end the process takes about 4-6 weeks (a little longer during peak shopping seasons, please order early if you need it by a certain date).
